These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrustedRxCare website, mobile applications, and pharmacy services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Be located in the United States or Canada
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid prescription for any prescription medication ordered
• Not be restricted from receiving pharmaceutical services under applicable law

2. Prescription Requirements

All prescription medication orders require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider authorized to practice in your jurisdiction. You agree that:

• You will only upload prescriptions issued to you personally
• All prescription information provided is accurate and complete
• You will not attempt to obtain controlled substances fraudulently
• You consent to our pharmacists contacting your prescriber to verify prescriptions when necessary
• You understand that we reserve the right to refuse any prescription order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or unsafe

3. Medical Disclaimer

TrustedRxCare is a pharmacy service provider, not a medical advice service. The information provided on our website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before:

• Starting, stopping, or changing any medication
• Using OTC products to treat serious symptoms
• Combining medications or supplements

4. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in USD (USA) or CAD (Canada) and subject to change without notice
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select insurance plans
• Orders are not final until confirmed by our pharmacy team
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for prescription verification, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are as follows:

• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• You must provide a secure delivery address. We are not responsible for theft after delivery
• Temperature-sensitive medications require immediate refrigeration upon receipt
• Some medications may require signature confirmation upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to safety regulations:

• Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged
• Opened OTC products cannot be returned
• Unopened, non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days with original receipt
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TrustedRxCare website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TrustedRxCare or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustedRxCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
