Shipping Policies
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Prescription orders require additional verification time (2-4 hours).
- Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes. No pharmacy branding appears on external packaging.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through your account dashboard.
- Signature Required: Some prescription medications and high-value orders require adult signature upon delivery.
- Temperature Control: Insulin and other temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with cold packs in insulated packaging.
- PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS (USA) and Canada Post (Canada). Overnight shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products have shipping restrictions due to state/provincial laws or temperature requirements:
- Controlled substances may have additional shipping requirements and cannot be shipped overnight
- Some states restrict the shipment of certain OTC medications
- Temperature-sensitive items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes in extreme weather
- International shipping (outside USA/Canada) is not available
Return Policy
Prescription Medications
Important: By law, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy. This policy protects patient safety and prevents counterfeit or tampered medications from re-entering the supply chain.
If you received the wrong medication, damaged product, or your prescription was filled incorrectly, please contact us immediately at 1-800-TRX-CARE. We will correct the error at no cost.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products
- Unopened Products: May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
- Opened Products: Cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Defective Products: Will be replaced or refunded at no charge. Please contact customer service for a prepaid return label.
- Vitamins & Supplements: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened products cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Package the item securely in original packaging if available
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with insurance, refunds will be processed according to your plan's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
