How do I upload my prescription? +

You can upload your prescription in three ways: (1) Take a clear photo and upload it through our website, (2) Email it to prescriptions@TrustedRxcare.com, or (3) Have your doctor's office fax it directly to us. We accept photos, PDFs, and scanned documents. Our pharmacists review all prescriptions within 2-4 hours during business hours.

Do you accept insurance? +

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans in both the USA and Canada. During checkout, you can enter your insurance information, and we will process your claim. For plans we do not accept, we offer competitive cash pricing and can provide a receipt for reimbursement. Contact our billing team for specific insurance questions.

How do I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy? +

Transferring is easy. Visit our Transfer Prescription page and provide your current pharmacy's name and phone number, along with your prescription details. We will contact them on your behalf to transfer your remaining refills. The process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Can I order without a prescription? +

Yes, we offer a wide range of over-the-counter (OTC) medications, vitamins, supplements, and health products that do not require a prescription. However, prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. It is illegal and unsafe to purchase prescription drugs without proper authorization.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for both USA and Canada. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $35 USD (USA) or $45 CAD (Canada). All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.

Do you ship to all states and provinces? +

We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces. Some controlled substances may have shipping restrictions based on state/provincial laws. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain efficacy.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Our customer service team is available to provide updates if needed.

Are your medications genuine? +

Absolutely. We only source medications from FDA-approved (USA) and Health Canada-approved manufacturers and wholesalers. All products are stored and handled according to pharmaceutical standards. Our pharmacy is licensed and inspected regularly.

Why are your prices lower than my local pharmacy? +

What is your return policy? +

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications or opened OTC products.
